Since the application I worked on was heavily customized to meet the client's demands, I prioritized requirements engineering. During this phase, I built a valuable and constructive relationship with customers and third-party members of the system. My efforts were rewarded with appreciation from my supervisors and clients for my ability to quickly resolve technical issues and my diligent nature. I was one of the few team members selected to implement the application upgrade. I worked with the finance team to implement changes in the financial application of the Goods and Services Tax Act which recently came into force in India.
