It is the leader who helps prioritize activities and steer people's thought process in the right direction. They are the ones who have the ability to bring the group together as a whole. For this reason, no one can be a leader. Only people with certain qualities and abilities are capable of fulfilling this role. So what makes a good leader? There is a defined path and specific characteristics that make someone a good leader. Self-confidence is one of the most important qualities that determine a good leader. Self-confidence is confidence in oneself and in one's powers and abilities. It is the attitude that people possess that allows them to have positive opinions and trust in their own abilities. Self-confidence is an extremely important attribute. Leadership is all about having the confidence to make decisions. If they are afraid to make and commit to decisions, all the communication and authority they have won't make a difference. They need courage to motivate others, and if they hesitate even slightly, their followers will begin to doubt them. An example of self-confident leaders are students at the school who have organized their own clubs. They have the courage to come up with new ideas and are not afraid to talk to other students about them. Teachers are born leaders. Every day, they have to face hundreds of students to guide them on the right learning path. Without self-confidence, they will not be able to do their job. Communication plays a key role for a leader. Having communication skills means having the ability to express yourself clearly to others.
