    Management, where do I begin to explain how I applied my skills from this course. Management courses have constituted a large part of my work for many years. This year, I feel satisfied with what I learned in management class. I started off with a lot of difficulty, but it seems that in the end everything starts to come together. Working with my peers in class has opened my eyes to everything that is necessary to achieve the grade we are striving for. I have discovered that management theory is more black and white than what I have applied in the actual workplace. It seems that management can express itself in different ways. The basic foundation is only a guideline for planning, organizing, leading and controlling. I used my skills to be productive with front-line employees, learning and developing my skills to become a better manager. I learned many management skills on the job. This course showed me a different approach to management and using these ideas will help me advance in my career. I am a manager and I grow with the hand of my employee. Managers are the backbone of the operation and there are many skills that help you become a good manager. The barriers against laughter were and remain the most difficult thing to manage. Get people to do what they expect and explain it. So I learned to do what you expect. Management is a difficult process that starts at the bottom and works your way up to earn a lot of respect from the employee you manage. Get the best output from people simply by communicating. Management is about monitoring and caring about what your employees are doing. In this course, I learned to better understand what my employees do and not just tell them to do it. No communication means the death of a business from the inside. This course showed many different ways a business can be great or just plain good. I'm all starting from the top, but everything is built from the front line. This is where all the action happens and the hard work begins. Management is a good tool for keeping a business on its feet and growing into the future. I learned this without a plan or management team to execute these ideas. Nothing is done. Leadership starts somewhere and this course showed me that management can be that leadership. It starts with a basic idea and can expand. Planning and strategy help us in everything we do today. This course opened my eyes to the different levels of management and to my development as a manager. I will use these skills throughout my life to achieve goals and plan for the future..
