Essay / Essay on a Lie - 1330
How can a lie affect us? By definition, lie means: A lie is a false statement made to a person or group by another person or group who knows that it is not the whole truth, intentionally (2). A lie is made up of two characters; the person who lies and the person who believes the lie without knowing it. This creates a fantasy environment in which the person believing it creates their present and needs around it, while the person lying continues to create a fantasy world so they can maintain it. How much can a lie hurt or last? ? I believe it will always depend on the reason for the lie and who it came from. A lie can sometimes hurt the feelings of the people who believe the lie and break the trust between those individuals. A lie can be as painful as a stab in the heart; it brings out feelings such as pain, deception, horror to name a few. On the other hand, a lie can save a life, prevent pain, suffering, and even bring hope in some cases. It is somewhat contradictory that the way a lie can change someone for good or bad depends on the circumstances that force the individual to lie. Some people are forced to lie about their religion, sexual preferences, politics, and even their personal lives. By this I do not justify all lies, but I understand that sometimes there are things that we cannot accept or believe, that is why they are forced to lie. We live in the 21st century and until today, like it or not, we live in a world full of lies. There are people who are faithful to their traditions or their beliefs, that's what I call old school people. I believe that until we have a better way of understanding and respecting others, we will wreak havoc in other people's lives. We must always respect others as we want them to respect us. Let's hope that one day we can live in a world where we can tolerate more, where we can live respecting the preferences of others and their social, economic, sexual, religious preferences, etc. where all humans will be treated the same without exceptions, where slavery will not only be based on the physical aspect but also mental. So the next time we fall for a lie, we should first analyze why does this lie exist? Who is telling us this lie? How much did this hurt us? And finally, how much damage has been done to our environment? Therefore I believe it is not as bad as we have been told, we as human beings were not created perfect, we were created to make mistakes, to learn from it, to make mistakes. the best of them. We will fall and then we will rise again with pride to become a better person
