  • Essay / Personal Narrative Essay: My Trip to the United States

Every Tuesday, I have to inform my superiors of my schedule for weapon maintenance or repair. I always expect my work to be finished. I'm giving myself a few more days to finish the work. I understand that it is morally wrong, but I also know that I may encounter obstacles or that something important may come up. I managed my time competently so that the entire battalion's weapons were serviced on time without being late. If I could change one thing about the past, it would be to finish college before enlisting. I should have finished my baccalaureate and enlisted as an officer. I don't regret my decision. The knowledge I have gained over the past four years will make me a better soldier. I'm still going to get my bachelor's degree and apply to become a counterintelligence warrant officer. I don't think there is any country that poses the greatest threat to the United States. The Middle East has been in turmoil for a long time. Most countries in the Middle East lack structure. The tribes have been fighting for power for years. No matter who we get rid of, there will always be a corrupt group taking over. As these groups gain power, they will attempt to demoralize the West through terrorist attacks.
