A study for future research to determine if a customer uses the emotions of incidental interpersonal contact to determine if they actually like the product they were interested in while shopping. More research also needs to be done on why men are offended if another man accidentally touches them more than the woman. Men do not want to be perceived as homosexual and will do anything to avoid this behavior.
