    Technological advancements and the competitive environment of the industry will lead to changes in the workforce and affect employees in the sector delivery services. On the other hand, rapidly changing social conditions such as changes in work culture, work needs, family needs, increase in the number of families with two working parents, single-parent families, responsibility for elderly care, etc., can have different impacts on employees as well as their organizational commitment. According to Kossek, 2005, work pressure negatively affects the level of organizational commitment. Work-life balance studies examine the balance between work and many other aspects of life, including family, intimate relationships, friendships, leisure activities, religious activities, issues of money, etc. While previous studies have focused on different industries, such as in business, construction, education, healthcare, and military, few focus on the delivery services sector , especially in Hong Kong. Therefore, this study aims to focus on work-life balance and organizational commitment relationships for employees in the delivery service industry in Hong Kong.
