Page 1Welcome to the paradise sector 9. This anthill is part of the paradise sector because there is a big river that flows once a day, which makes the earth fertile and surrounding landscape to remain green and fruitful. This middle-aged ant is named Charles.Page 2Charles serves as the worker ant for his colony.Page 3His job is to remove waste from the colony and take it to the landfill. He has held this position longer than most of his colleagues. It is a strong 45 days old. The elders of the group may have lived up to twice its life, as an average worker ant lives about 90 days. Page 4Charles stayed silent and did what he was told his entire career. But he's going through a mid-life crisis and starts to question some things. Anthill needed him to move this waste to the landfill. Being ambitious and zealous in serving the king, Charles worked diligently and moved waste every day, all day. Charles was happy to serve; after all, it was for the king. Page 6Charles also remembers Betsy, who knows everything. She kept talking about all the different jobs needed to run Paradise Sector 9, their ant colony. Betsy explained that the king was the one who kept everyone on task. She also told him about the queen and her beauty. It was the king and queen who kept the survival of the colony intact. Then there was Snap, one of Charles' best friends. During work hours it was known as Kernel Snap. He was three times Charles' size and not an ant to cross. He was a little confused as to how he was missing him, he thought for sure he would have noticed if the king was at the dump with him.
