  • Essay / Schrödinger's Cat Paradox: Dr. Erwin Schrödinger

Dr. Erwin Schrödinger was a 20th century physicist. He made groundbreaking discoveries in his field, for which he won the Nobel Prize in 1927. Schrödinger was also a published author and remains a well-known scientist today. Schrödinger conceived the so-called "Schrödinger's Cat Paradox" in 1935. It was one of his later discoveries and was worked on after a long correspondence with Albert Einstein. Dr. Schrödinger received his doctorate in physics in 1910 from the University of Vienna in Austria. Although Schrödinger's cat thought experiment is well known, Schrödinger earned his Nobel Prize for his work on the motion of electrons (known as "Schrödinger's wave theory") in 1927. The Cat Paradox Schrödinger's was conceived while working at the University of Graz in Austria. .The thought experiment was a breakthrough in the field of quantum physics. Quantum physics is a theoretical branch of physics that deals with the behavior of matter and energy on the nanoscopic scale. More precisely, the paradox was formulated to discredit the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mecha....
