    Given the mystery behind our emotions, it is very important that we understand what emotions are, what they are made of, and where they come from. Most of the time we experience emotions of different kinds such as joy, fear, anxiety or even shame, but we don't really understand their meaning or their source. In most cases, we misinterpret our emotions and misinterpret the emotions of others. The nature of emotions and their interpretation can be obtained through philosophical inquiry and analysis.
