Essay / Kelsey's Educational Philosophy - 886
The main goal of education in schools should be to create men and women who can do new things, not to simply repeat what other generations have done . »-Jean Piaget. Children are the future. , we, as a people, constitute this world full of diversity. But, as life progresses, the younger generation appears, we realize the difference in diversity, perspectives, outcomes, challenges and recurring problems in human nature. As a child spends 12 or more years of schooling, the child develops and schools the changes and challenges of life such as: essentialism, progressivism, perennialism, existentialism, behaviorism and reconstructionism. These are the six main factors and benefits that make up school education. At school, sometimes children's needs are not met. I believe that all children are unique, intelligent and have great potential in the world. I believe that one day, all children will become leaders and have a great future filled with success. As a future teacher, I will help my students nurture and raise them to pursue higher education. I will create and open a safe environment for free emotions, play, opinions, imagination, respect, pride, dignity and, most importantly, love for myself and others. I would open the doors for my students to see the world not as a great place, but as a place where the world is an okay place. I will emphasize existentialism “The importance of individual and emotional commitment to living authentically” (CERRA). And they are the future that makes up the world as life continues, into the future. Believe that life is fascinating by the opportunities, achievements, successes and failures obtained during life's forces. Explaining to children...... middle of paper......children are the new generation of this world. I will teach that the sky has no limits, that a child can achieve the impossible and, no matter what, never settle for less. Work towards your goals, be a dream chaser and never give up, and look to the older generation for motivation and change. The children learned that there are even more heights to reach, in this world and every day, this world changes. And life changes and most importantly we as human beings accept changes and I want to be that person who inspires one or more children to bring a change in the world for big and not for better. I believe there is a beginning to a solid education and that there is hope, courage, strength, diversity, justice, respect, dignity and pride for young people of the younger generation. I am and will strive to be the best educator for the future leaders of the world.!
