I'm 49 years old, yes, 49 years old. I can't believe it myself. I am like so many others. I have come to this point in my life and I ask myself what is my purpose in life? What do I want from my life? Where am I going in life? You have no time to waste. While completing the reading and journaling requirements for this course, I realized how much my position at Haworth is doing God's work. This description couldn't describe my personality better. I enjoy learning more about my personality type and that of others. The information provided helps us understand ourselves, what motivates us and which buttons are activated. To summarize my learning experience of the last five weeks, it is essential to invest in yourself by taking care of yourself, others and the things around you. To do this, you must have the knowledge, skills and desire. You are not alone in this world. We are all in this together. We are here on earth to be good managers. There is no “I” in the team. We must row the boat and row the boat is proactive, interdependence, your circle of influence; it begins with the end in mind, its synergy.
