The inventions of the Industrial Revolution shaped the future, the way we travel and the way we live our daily lives. There would be no microwave, Wi-Fi or iPhone without the industrial revolution. Factories created many jobs and accelerated production. Masses of people left their rural homes to find work and start new lives in these new industrial cities. The Industrial Revolution brought an improvement in the quality of life which led to better education, better health and nutrition, as well as a massive population boom. If you think about it, an industrial revolution is happening right now. Every day, more and more people are thinking about more technological improvements, more ways to produce goods, and more ways to improve our health and, more generally: our daily lives.
