When two parents work, the emotional effects can be felt by everyone in the family. Children have a natural urge to want Mom or Dad to be there when they come home from school, get hurt, get sick, or just want to be with them. Not being there for the child can cause emotional problems. Moms, in particular, will miss seeing their children grow up and being there for special moments.
