Everett influences and impacts its employees through its education, enabling its employees to become successful individuals. As more people develop an increased interest in education, Everett residents' standards for education are very high. Everett devotes much of his investment to knowledge for education; all for the people to improve Everett's future. Everett's college fairs provide its residents with higher education opportunities, inspire individuals or students to work harder and advance in higher education. The growing number of Everett students who graduate from high school and continue their higher education at colleges like Everett Community College, Central Washington University, University of Washington at Bothell and Seattle, even in other states, shows that people are taking their education seriously. Everett strives to emphasize its education and inspire citizens to succeed in the future. The high standards people have for education at Everett give their employees a sense of purpose and inspire them to work hard to succeed. These statistics from the US Census Bureau showed that "86.2% of people aged 25 and older living in Everett have earned a high school diploma or higher and 20.1% of people the same age have a bachelor's degree" ( US Census Bureau). . These statistics show that Everett residents have set high standards for themselves when it comes to education. 20.1% of people had set high standards for themselves which they had accomplished to obtain this bachelor's degree. The standard pressures people in Everett to work harder because of this pressure that people or students work middle of paper......hard. If Everett didn't care about education, he wouldn't have made any effort to invest in education, and because of this weak effort toward education, people would have no incentive to be educated or able to work. Everett would not be committing to education by not hosting college fairs to help its students succeed. Everett wouldn't even have schools where people could learn. If they didn't emphasize education. Without education and successful people, there wouldn't be a huge building or business in Everett.
