    Adolf Hitler once said: "The stupidest mistake we could make would be to allow subjugated races to possess weapons." History shows that all conquerors who allowed their subject races to bear arms thus prepared their own downfall. These are wise words coming from a man known for his dictatorship in Germany and the genocide of millions of Jews. America is a nation that was created by its Founding Fathers, men determined to create a country where there would be freedom, peace, and justice for all. Women and men come from all parts of the world to create their own lives in an empire where their rights and their families are supposed to be protected by the government. American citizens, incapacitated or born, have the right to free speech, a fair trial, and even the right to bear arms. The Second Amendment states: “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” » This law led to citizens being granted the right to purchase and conceal a weapon, but some people have been known to abuse this privilege. Over the past decade, Americans have witnessed countless mass shootings that have resulted in the deaths of many innocent adults and children. Reform bills and changes to current gun control laws have been introduced, but many have not been introduced in the House or Senate. The National Rifle Association's influence on society, the economy, and even politicians is why Americans have witnessed insufficient action on gun control despite mass shootings.
