Executive summaryConstruction and programming of a robot vehicle capable of avoiding barriers based on calculations of the exact distance between the barrier and the vehicle using of an ultrasonic sensor attached to the top of the vehicle which contacts stepper motor to enable the sensor to turn right and left will be discussed and applied practically. The functions of the built robot can be summarized as avoiding the barrier, changing the speed of the robot depending on the distance between the vehicle and the barrier, turning on the warning lights when the robot stops moving or starts the movement and emitting a beep when you get up from the ground, and stop working completely. Previous operation of a similar robot, illustration of the differences between many previous works and the objectives of this project will be mentioned in this proposal. The expected obstacles and difficulties in construction or programming will be discussed and analyzed in detail and some solutions for these will be mentioned in addition to a detailed study of the cost of the robotic devices.
