Conflict ResolutionConflict is a part of human existence. The world is filled with conflict in all areas of life. Evidence of unresolved conflicts on a larger scale is the chaos all over the world, as we hear and see in the daily world news. Every day we face small or relatively large conflicts, whether we are at home, at school, in a cafe or at work. The workplace typically has a diverse group of employees from all backgrounds, cultures, and family backgrounds. Any differences arising from a diverse group could result in conflict. Therefore, it is imperative to better understand conflict influences and styles and implement a conflict resolution process as part of the organization's culture. “Conflict is defined as a disagreement through which the parties involved perceive a threat to their needs, interests or concerns. » (online training solution).
