Over the past century, terrorism has evolved from random killings to huge plans for terrorist groups. To understand terrorism, we must first define it. Terrorism as we all know it is difficult to define and understand, and there are many different definitions as it is widely used. The word “terrorism” comes from the word “terror,” which means to arouse fear. People become terrorists when they take actions aimed at instilling fear and terror in people to prove a certain point or agenda. Some terrorists may be motivated to prove a political point, while others may simply sow terror to maintain control of a group, people, or country. Then there are terrorists who act thinking they support something, such as in religious regions, while others do it to show contempt for something they disagree with. The government, individual agencies, private agencies, and academic experts have all developed, proposed, designed, and analyzed what constitutes acts of terrorism. The meaning of terrorism has definitely changed and acquired new definitions over the years. The million dollar question is how will America's future be affected by this act of terrorism? Terrorism poses an ongoing threat to the United States. This is the most significant threat to our national security. The terrorist attacks have certainly raised many concerns about the possibility of future terrorist incidents in the United States. Since the events of September 11, 2011, Americans and much of the world have been afraid. Americans are at war against terrorism and no longer feel comfortable. Part of this feeling of unease is linked to cyberterrorism. When the internet was invented, it was a great means of communication to keep family...... middle of paper...... others in one shape or another, shape or fashion. America's future is definitely affected by terrorism and terrorism has benefited from new technologies that make communication around the world easier and faster. Terrorists can use the tactics they know and manipulate advanced technologies such as the Internet. These technological advantages have certainly improved the capabilities of terrorist groups to plan and carry out their operations. It also provides these terrorists with the opportunity to affect communities more quickly and much more intensely than previous terrorists. In order to reduce America's vulnerability to terrorism, as it relates to its threats, strategies and tactics, when it comes to the Internet, a complete understanding of the nature of America's enemies is necessary .
