    Silence quiets the noises of the world and it is only through this silence that the reader can listen to the small, still voice of God. It also makes me, as a reader, think about the possibility of what could happen, while keeping my mind on what is happening. This may seem counterintuitive to societal expectations, as many people simply don't want to live alone.
