    MATERIALS AND METHODSSolid waste: Solid waste mainly contains paper, plastic, food, garden waste, flowers, leaves, etc. Among these, “Nirmalya waste” is used in the present study, it mainly consists of different types of flowers. offering and leaves. Nirmalya waste was collected from “Ganesh Tekadi” Nagpur. Generally, 500 kg of nirmalya waste is generated daily. In this study, a total of 6400 g of waste was collected and divided into two bins containing 3200 g of nirmalya waste in each bin. A first analysis of this solid waste was carried out. The pH of the solid waste was checked by a pH meter; the moisture content was calculated by the oven drying method and the density of these solid wastes. Sewage: “Abishek sewage” was collected from the Ganesh tekadi temple. Basically, 200 to 300 liters of wastewater were generated daily; to check the quality of this water, an initial analysis was carried out. A total of three samples were collected two days apart and chemical characterization of this abishek water was carried out. The parameters tested are pH, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and hardness.
