This quote is from Primo Levi (Holocaust Quotes) The Holocaust was a genocide aimed at the Jewish people. They would take them and put them in concentration camps and eventually kill most of them. The rest of the world was in a world war because of the Holocaust. It is important that we know and learn about genocide because it is part of the history of our world. It makes children understand that genocide is a horrible thing. What drew me to this topic was learning more about it. I have always found it very interesting to learn more. Even though it's a terrible subject to talk about, it's also very interesting. I love learning about all the different races and religions this has happened to. The genocide is horrible and there was no reason to harm these people. People just want someone to be blamed for their mistakes in the world. Many Europeans believed that Jews posed a threat to their country. The Holocaust was a kind of genocide. The Germans took Jews to concentration camps and killed them.
