He had only been at school for a few weeks when his father died. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 1903, Franklin then began studying law at Columbia University. He never graduated because he was married to his distant cousin, Anna Eleanor. FDR had six children, named Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Jr., Elliott Roosevelt, James Roosevelt, Anna Roosevelt Halsted, John Aspinwall Roosevelt, and Franklin D.
