    As a society, people are always moving forward in their daily lives. People will spend most of their time working, going to school, or just hanging out with friends and they won't have extra time to prepare a healthy, home-cooked meal. Fast food literally serves people their meals quickly. For example, when I'm out of class and starving, I quickly go to the nearest restaurant and get a taco or whatever I can eat on hand. Generally speaking, fast food makes people lazier to cook a healthy meal like me. People who eat more fast food than at home will lead to obesity risks; However, this can be avoided if people decide to cook a home-cooked meal and limit their portion sizes.
