MotivationThis Place uses the Aol Consulting Performance Pyramid as the main foundation to motivate its employees.Safety/SecurityThis Place provides its employees with a safe working environment that does not apply any unnecessary pressure and allows them to open up and let free stimulates their creativity, which in turn, new ideas and concepts are generated. This Place employees also feel secure in their jobs because it is a small company (7 employees) and there is very little internal competition for your position due to a flat hierarchical structure. RewardsThis Place management understands that each individual has a different aspect that inspires them to work harder, so they target each employee individually to find out what motivates each of them and base their rewards on their research. There is a selection of universal rewards that all employees benefit from, but This Place also introduces individual rewards ranging from financial bonuses, for employees with financial incentives, to extended vacation for employees who want more time off. However, due to a flat hierarchical structure, the reward the company can offer to promoted employees is very limited. GrowthGrowth is a universal weakness of SMEs, as their low/flat hierarchical structures and limited job positions make it difficult for employees to see how they can grow in terms of position and status. This location also has criteria for personality types that fit the organizational culture and these personality types provide a template for hiring new staff. This place embraces a personal organizational culture β one where individuals all bring their expertise to collectively pursue the company's goals.
