William Marston developed his DISC model through his book Emotions of Normal People. William Marston's book does not provide a behavioral assessment instrument to determine a person's behavioral style. Dr. Tony Alesandra is developing such an instrument for use, helping individuals and teams understand how these behavioral styles can adapt to promote effective communication. Developing a Professional Development Plan (PDP) ensures that individuals on a learning team have a tool to assess the skills, strengths, areas of improvement, and resources needed to support those individuals to achieve their objectives. The PDP ensures that a learning team can work together effectively and helps the leader lead the team. Professional Development Plan Jerad Davies is the C Learning Team Leader for Organizational Leadership. Lena Moore, Michael Paulley, Nicole Presser, and Paul Frisbee also exist as members of Learning Team C. All members of Learning Team C have taken a DISC behavioral assessment.
