From a customer perspective, you don't want to subscribe to a company where someone else, whether in the magazine or elsewhere, can access your private information. For example: a client has a friend who works for the magazine. Suppose this friend (the employee) wants to see what his friend (the customer) subscribes to? Not all employees should be entitled to this information. In fact, no one should do it unless necessary.
