    The management process I chose to evaluate for this project is performance management. Performance management is a management process put in place by an organization to ensure that employees are aware of the level of performance expected of them in a particular role within that organization, as well as any individual objectives that they will need to achieve to achieve overall organizational goals. Evaluation of performance management as a management process The advantages of a performance management process in an organization are:• Employees are fully aware of the objectives they are expected to achieve and the level of conduct expected within of the organization. • If an employee fails to achieve the goals set in the performance management process, a good process will contain an agreed action. plan for identifying and correcting performance issues, with clear guidelines for how employee performance will be evaluated in the future.
