The true nature of human beings is believed to consist of many different things. Maybe they really are peaceful and genuine, or maybe humans really are evil and deceitful. William Shakespeare attempts to show the true nature of man using the play Macbeth. The main character, Macbeth, revealed through his actions and decisions the true nature of human beings. Macbeth is described as ruthless, bold, and sometimes suspicious. His true characteristics change throughout the play depending on what is happening around him. As the play continues, Macbeth's true human actions begin to shine through. The more decisions Macbeth makes, the more he relies on his own instincts and human nature. Throughout the play, Shakespeare presents his characteristics to the audience to show that the true nature of humans is psychotic and crazy. Macbeth makes cold-blooded decisions that a person would not normally make after giving it some thought. Without thinking about the consequences of his actions, Macbeth uses his instincts about human nature. Shakespeare shows through Macbeth the truly psychotic nature of the human being. At the beginning of the play, Macbeth is described as being “valiant” or “courageous”. He is a skilled warrior and loyal to his king, Duncan, and his country. Almost single-handedly, he helped win the war for Scotland. He defeats many enemy soldiers, including a traitor, all in the name of his king. But in the third scene, when three witches encounter Macbeth and his friend Banquo, Macbeth's psychotic ambition begins to grow. They tell Macbeth that he will be Thane of Cawdor and King. Shortly after this meeting, Macbeth is brought to meet King Duncan. There, King Duncan informs Macbeth that he is the new Thane of Cawdor, because middle of paper ... reveals the true nature of human beings. He is ruthless, bold and sometimes suspicious. From the beginning of the play, Macbeth killed for what he wanted, without thinking of the consequences; he used his instinct and simple human nature. As the play continued, Macbeth's true human actions shone through. He murdered his best friend and all his other supposed friends in the final war. Throughout the play, Shakespeare showed the audience the characteristics of Macbeth to show the true nature of humans as psychotic. Macbeth made cold-blooded decisions that a person would not normally make after giving it some thought. Without thinking about the consequences of his actions, Macbeth's instinct on human nature was to do something completely foolish.
