Essay / Reflection on the Faculty Preparation Course Orientation Program summarized as follows: I have the ability to define the concept of constructing the course program. , determine the importance of course syllabus construction, distinguish between syllabus and study program, determine course construction standards, describe criteria for writing learning objectives, classify objectives learning using Bloom's taxonomy for content validity (cognitive level), distinguishing higher learning objectives from lower thinking objectives, writing learning objectives according to specified criteria, developing criteria for an effective lesson plan, reflect on their current approach to writing learning objectives, judge the quality of a list of learning objectives, list educational needs concepts, share with my peers to determine resources learning for higher education students, distinguish between general and procedural objectives of the higher education curriculum, distinguish between cognitive, skill and emotional objectives, know the rules of formatting educational objectives in a well-written form for my course for different levels of cognitive, skill and emotional objectives and their importance, evaluating which of the objectives are well written and which of them are bad according to the rules of formatting objectives, determine the procedures for the scientific content of the course, determine the procedures for organizing the content of the course, standardize the criteria for designing the goals and objectives of teaching, describe how the learning objectives guide the educational process, know the importance educational activities during the course, determine the educational activities.... middle of article. ..... to express any term with a photo (to map this definition in one's mind), I teach a mix between English and Arabic words. Outside of class, I give the students an assignment that they will do individually then exchange their mission solution with their colleagues in their team, then everyone revises and compares their work with other colleagues in their team and discusses together to prepare the best answer and write it correctly, then they present it in my office or to see it and write my comment on their solutions, then everyone keeps a copy of the commented assignment.
