    Execution performance management requires the participation of many stakeholders (managers, supervisors, and subordinates). For the system to be successful and accepted, a clear understanding of the system is necessary for effective implementation. Supervision and explanation of the performance appraisal system is very crucial for performance. “Simply developing a strategy model does not guarantee strategy success. » Othman (2008, p. 261). Clarifying objectives and regular supervision contribute to people development, improved performance and satisfaction.
