    INTRODUCTIONIn the modern world, stress plays an increasingly important role in daily life. It affects all aspects of human behavior, including professional and social behavior. The real question is what creates this stress and how can we minimize it. This is not a simple answer since the reasons that produce stress are endless. They can be: • Work-related • Family-oriented • Economic • Social • Health-related • Etc. Each of them has a very significant impact both on the affected person and on society as a whole due to the consequences of stress on the productivity of the person concerned. The effects of stress can be represented numerically by the economic loss due to reduced productivity, increased absenteeism, etc. The Stress Prevention Activities (SPA) program is a multinational project carried out within the framework of the European LEONARDO DA VINCI program and its objective is to raise public awareness of the risks of stress at work and their effective reduction. In this evaluation of the manual produced by SPA, we use as criteria its validity from a scientific and educational point of view, its suitability for end users and our overall opinion of the product in relation to the specific needs for which it was designed.PRESENTATIONThe Manual is a tool intended primarily for managers. Its target audience also includes interns, teams dealing with work-related stress, and simple people interested in stress prevention. The main objective of the manual is to provide an overview of work-related stress. It is divided into 5 chapters:• Introduction• Work-related stress• Stress assessment• Risk management• Preventive measuresIt also contains questionnaires, exercises and references for further reflection. The manual has been developed in 4 languages, English, Finnish, Czech and Greek..
