IntroductionTraining and development are important factors for the success of any organization. Every employee is a valuable asset that can either contribute to the success of a business or contribute to its failure. Training supports and enables the development of new skills and knowledge. Providing training to employees at different levels within an organization helps employees develop the skills and competencies needed to succeed in their careers as well as prepare for new responsibilities. Training for Organization Development Training is an integral part of the development of any organization and is a continuous process. . Training programs will vary depending on the position held within a company. “Training is a learning experience that aims for a relatively permanent change in individuals that will improve their ability to perform their jobs” (DeCenzo & Robbins, 2007, p. 223, para. 1). Good organizations can be linked to training and developing good employees. The success of any organization in growth and innovation depends on the talent, motivation and leadership of its employees. Efforts to recognize the value of each employee and the work they perform will contribute to a work environment that inspires, supports and rewards employee development. Training is important for the development of an organization because jobs have become more complex and affected by the advancement of technological and corporate changes. For these reasons, training focuses on an employee's current position and develops the job-specific skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform their job. Orientation is the starting point of an employee's education and helps new employees assimilate and become familiar with their personal career development goals and needs. Over the next five years, gaining experience and practical knowledge in human resource management is a definitive and achievable goal. ConclusionEvery individual's career path is distinctive and depends on their outlook, behavior, work experiences and activities. The incentives associated with career development are universal and include increasing earning potential and acquiring additional skills and abilities that are attractive to any organization.
