Being motivated is a critical factor towards a strong leadership career. As a woman, being a petroleum engineer is not easy. I believe in my daughters' ability and expect them to grow as people and explore their academic potential, by challenging themselves and consciously choosing their career path. They thus understand the relationship between their career and their personal life by changing social paradigms.
