China is a culturally vibrant country, full of unique costumes and traditions, religions, customary social organizations, fine arts and literature, and a interesting language that make up its diverse culture. It is a beautiful country to explore and taste its delicious traditional foods and get to know its people. China is a country full of ancient customs and traditions. The natives are very proud of these customs and traditions. For many of us, hearing the word "China" conjures up thoughts of origami, dragons, pandas and their distinctive scripts, all of which are traditional to China, but it goes much deeper than that . Sometimes we forget that China is similar. in size compared to Europe, so customs vary greatly by region. Since China has one of the oldest cultures, traditions continue to develop over time. Chinese New Year is a huge holiday celebrated throughout the country, it is the most important holiday in the calendar (13). The Chinese use a lunar calendar for their holidays so the date of Chinese New Year is different each year (13). The date corresponds to the new moon at the end of January or February (13). It is a time of good fortune and happiness. It is also considered the beginning of spring; many also call it the Spring Festival (13). New Year's is the perfect time for spring cleaning. Before the start of the 15 days of the New Year, they dust and clean their houses (13). It is traditionally believed that by doing this, one eliminates all bad luck and appeases the gods (13). The Lantern Festival is also a very important holiday in China and in my opinion very interesting. It is celebrated on the 15th of the first month of...... middle of paper ...... behind we can see that it is also full of their culture which they are very proud of. The Chinese flag was officially made on October 1, 1949 (14). The flag is red and the color symbolizes the communist revolution (14). Red is also a traditional color of the country and its inhabitants (14). There is a large gold star in the middle which represents communism (14). There are also four small golden stars which represent the social classes of the population (14). The five stars together show the importance of the number five in Chinese thought and history (14). As you can see, China has a truly unique and vibrant culture. From festivities to wonderful arts and literature, various religions, beautiful language, firmly established social organizations and wonderful customs and traditions, it is an amazing culture. There are so many amazing, interesting and ancient aspects.
