Holding each other for comfort as they watch their brother fall. In what is now known as Antarctica, Rannoch lived in three very prosperous cities. Thessia led by Mira was mostly female and was the main source of most fruits, vegetables, fish and philosophers for Rannoch, Sur'Kesh led by Mordin provided doctors, architects and scientists. The last city which was the smallest but also the most important to the Rannarck was Tuchanka led by Victus, warriors and hunters responsible for protecting and defending Rannoch. Rannoch had lush green land and was home to some of the most exotic animals known to man. In the Forbidden Zone of Rannoach lived some of the most dangerous creatures, capable of destroying an entire city in seconds and forbidden to everyone except those who were mentally and physically strong. inside this area there was a river so pure that the Rannarks believed it could wash away all the evil a person had done and was the earth's main source of water, at the both for religious practices and for drinking. At the center of the Three Cities was Atlas. There, people could trade goods, hold social gatherings for entertainment, and city leaders held political meetings. In the council chambers, the board discussed matters concerning their town.
