The results of the executive assessment regarding my strengths as rated by others are: interpersonal competence, supportive leadership, assertive leadership, professional competence, conceptual competence, and sociopolitical awareness. The highest scores were never those of selfish leadership, never inaccessible and assertive. My strengths, as determined by my superiors, peers and subordinates, indicate that I possess effective leadership, professional skills and balance.
