    Growing up, my family bought a lot of Coca-Cola, Sprites, and Fanta, because they were always busy working. My family didn't have time to buy or prepare natural juices, even though I was a little kid I knew how these soda drinks were killing us. If my family and I had continued to drink soft drinks instead of water or natural juices, we would have increased the risk of cancer. When I grew up, I started taking care of myself and making good choices for my health. When I stopped drinking these types of drinks, I noticed that my body began to change in positive and healthy ways. Before I couldn't even walk or run a mile without feeling dizzy or pain, now I can run 3 miles without pain or dizziness. When I was in high school, I began to notice that teenagers were not participating in any type of activity or sport, because their bodies were not responding the way they should. The lack of exercise and natural drinks caused students to stop any type of activity. This problem arose because of the way teenagers consumed soft drinks every day.
