    The polar bear is a huge and powerful animal, it is also the main predator of the Arctic and the largest terrestrial carnivore in the world. But unfortunately, few polar bears live in the Arctic, as they are considered endangered spies. Polar bears are endangered or threatened due to the burning of fossil fuels such as coal and oil, which release large amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas that traps solar energy and causes warming of the Earth's climate. Without these greenhouse gases, the Earth would be too cold for life to survive, but the enormous amount of carbon dioxide released is entirely caused by human activities that unbalance the Earth's climate. This climate change has caused the temperature of the Arctic to increase almost twice as fast as the global average temperature. This has already affected the Arctic today.
