    Particularly in medical and nursing settings, privacy is recognized as a fundamental human right. It should be noted that it is essentially complex and vague to define when examining it. It is essential to respect privacy in order to establish an effective relationship between the medical team and patients; patient serenity. Today, with the technology available, respect for privacy and confidentiality should be stricter.
