    Introduction: Recruitment plays an important process in building a dynamic organization that meets the demand of the organization's mission or objectives. Organizations need to know how to recruit strategically so that the candidate meets the standards of the organizations or employer. In a competitive market, companies struggle to find qualified candidates for the job and receive too many candidates who are underqualified or who simply don't understand what the company's goals are. Organizations use press advertising as a recruitment method and the paper focuses on the need for a clear job description and how social media could change the future of recruitment through social media. Finally, the article examines global human resource outsourcing, a recruitment service that offers candidate-based recruitment strategies to provide a qualified employee to the employer. I chose this topic because employees are what drives a business or organization and to do this they must hire qualified employees to complete the tasks assigned to them and to do this the employer must move forward and adapt.
