Between the ability of teachers to instruct and administrators who choose to divide the education that students receive once they reach high school, most often , students cannot achieve the level of education they need to succeed. Students must receive the same “equal” and top-notch education in order to validate the level of fairness associated with the American Dream. Without these two notions, the cultural myth of empowerment through education is inaccurate and the American dream will be lost.
