Your Local Predator: Fast Food As the fast food empire grows bigger and bigger, parents don't have the authority to take over them to protect their brothers from this unforeseen threat. The people in the drive-thru line are there because they are willing to compromise health for convenience and taste, which at the time seems worth it. Parents need to really monitor their children's eating habits until they are able to judge for themselves. Do you really think fast food is worth all the damage it will and has done to your body? First, fast food provides almost no nutrients to growing children and aging adults because the sole purpose of fast food is to satisfy a small craving for a quick bite. Then the chemicals in the food you just donated your green rectangle papers to through hard work do the rest of the damage. So your wallet is not the only victim of an endless repetitive pattern of frequenting the same fast food chains, but so is your body! Symptoms may include, but are not limited to, depression, immune deficiency, cancer, birth problems, and general obesity. Additionally, fast food restaurants were bombarded with lawsuits against them due to the ignorance of customers and money-loving managers. Basically, after a while, the government passed a bill that states that personal disdain for fatty foods, which should be obvious to the general public, cannot be the cause of a lawsuit against said restaurant. People should use common sense and use their knowledge to determine whether or not they will become obese from ingesting a meal. But regardless of their intelligence, people still seem to fall victim to the desire to chase these foods like an addict chases a drug. In addition to my previous...... middle of paper ......em. Monitor your weight and blood. Don't be obese and lifeless. People need to know this, because if they realize it late, or if they don't realize it at all... America may never be fit and thin again.
