They claim that because food is "a very good supplier of vitamins", there is really no reason to take vitamins because we get all our nutrients . Without our soils being able to produce the right vitamins and minerals, we eat junk foods that lack necessary nutrients. Carbon is an essential element to help maintain soil quality.
