This is especially true as we live in an evolving society where it is increasingly common to see more and more cases of businesses participating in illegal, immoral and unethical activities. In order to prevent these behaviors, it is necessary to study and understand how these situations can occur and what we can do to prevent them. In this research paper, we will take a detailed look at the case of KV Pharmaceuticals, also known as KV. We'll discuss some major topics, including how and why these events took place, as well as what could have been done to prevent them. Next, we'll look at our stakeholder map and describe how each was affected. Next, we'll include some prevention suggestions and feature an industry leader with role model behavior.
