  • Essay / Analysis of the theory of life in the universe: UFOs

Are we really alone in this universe? Could it be possible that, in the vast expanse of space of the universe, we are in fact the only intelligent life? No, no, no, this is just a blatant lie designed to keep us from fearing destruction by outside forces. The possibility that we are the only intelligent life is slim to none. The truth is that aliens do exist. You see, there have been countless UFO sightings over the last century. In addition to this, many people have claimed to have seen and encountered extraterrestrials during their lives. I firmly believe that extraterrestrials are real and that they reside in our universe. Although some UFO sightings may simply involve man-made aircraft that are simply not recognized at first glance, the vast majority of them are generally associated with extraterrestrial life. Some of these alien UFO sightings may seem very fake while others are more realistic. Well, that's just the problem with a subject as controversial as aliens. It's true, some people like to make things up to get attention, however, some people are actually trying to make their case over a UFO sighting. There have been real UFO sightings around the world by credible people. Jimmy Carter, former president of the UNITED STATES, claims to have seen a UFO. One day in October 1969, while enjoying another evening at the Lion's Club, Jimmy said a UFO as "bright as the moon" flashed before his eyes as he left the club. He said "the object hovered about 30 degrees above the horizon and moved toward the earth and away before disappearing into the distance." US Congressman and presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich claims to have also seen a UFO. According to Shirley Maclane's book, “Sage-ing while age-ing,” Shirley tells us, “I looked closely at my house in Graham, Washington, when I lived there. Dennis found his encounter extremely moving... when he looked up, he saw a silent, triangular craft watching him. He hovered, noiselessly, for about ten minutes, and moved away at a speed he couldn't understand. As we can see, these two stories have several points in common. Both are from credible people in a similar position that one wouldn't typically consider crazy, and both described similar events. A UFO appears out of nowhere, hovers in one location for a short time, and then simply disappears. These two stories, and many others like them, describe similar encounters during UFO sightings and it is not just a “coincidence” that the same thing happened. Did you know that on average, several thousand UFO sightings are reported each year? Although several thousand seems like a small number, that is only the number of reported UFO sightings. The percentage of people who report UFO sightings is tiny compared to the percentage of people who have sighted UFOs but don't report it, meaning the true number is much higher. All these UFO sightings are truly proof that aliens exist, but we just haven't yet.
