Personal start: -When I was 8 years old, I got 100 points out of 100 in mathematics and when my teacher announced the results, the whole class stood up and clapped, I can never forget this earth-shattering moment in my life, I was so happy and fought, and that day I understood the importance of education in life. My parents could not study after high school due to financial restrictions, but they always taught me the importance of higher education to imagine and pursue goals. My family has been extremely supportive throughout my journey and has constantly motivated me to realize my full potential by providing me with a conducive environment to study and encouraging me in my endeavors. Throughout my high school studies, I enjoyed two things: mathematics and extracurricular activities, these activities allowed me to acquire team skills, stress management and social relations. (Approximately 100 words)After graduating in 2010, I joined Wipro Technologies as a Project Engineer in the Banking and Finance group. Initially, I had to attend several training sessions on banking fundamentals, mergers and acquisitions, securities, etc. As a software engineer, these training sessions helped me understand the basics of finance. The first year of my job was entirely focused on analyzing application issues and to improve application performance, my team successfully implemented a maintenance release that helped 2,000 users around the world and contributed to obtain a score of 9.8 out of 10 in the CSAT survey. In early 2012, I was given the role of lead developer for a project to bring a new billing framework to Wipro Technologies. It was an arduous and rigorous task for me to understand and implement a completely new medium......leadership, teamwork, ethics and communication which are essential for effective management and efficient. Since then, the MBA program has attracted people from a wide variety of industries and cultures. A program must be able to take advantage of these differences and translate them into learning opportunities. I also expect the first-year program to provide the core courses that can help build a strong foundation for the required finance major courses. My motivation for obtaining an MBA is twofold: (1) to gain the finance and management expertise necessary to lead a nonprofit organization. business, and (2) prepare for a possible return to India, where I will create a non-profit organization to help entrepreneurs develop and implement their ideas in the education sector. Ultimately, I hope to make a significant contribution to the Indian education sector by creating jobs and building a sense of community..
