Essay / Essay on the right to be forgotten - 734
Even if others publish their information without their knowledge. People tend to forget that the Internet is a public domain where anyone can post information about themselves or other people, even if it is not morally correct. However, the Internet is a tool for sharing information and accessing this information for any need. Personally, I think that every day people who have a problem with information posted on the web should rethink the things they have posted and should learn a lesson about how the real world works and thinks by not being able to have the right to be forgotten or have access to a tool that allows them to erase the information they have posted online in order to be more informed about the type of information they want society to see and know. To conclude, the “right to be forgotten” is a right that people think has something that must be won like “the right to liberty or the right to bear arms”. However, this does not apply to everyone, such as criminals, politicians, and ordinary people who all post things on the Internet or to someone on their behalf. I think the right to be forgotten is not for these kinds of people. However, the "right to be forgotten" is just a useless tool to use if people make mistakes on the Internet and can start over with what they post on the Internet.
