    In its simplicity, when things such as resources or values ​​can be recognized or argued to be unequal, the resulting change action can be produce. The issue of equal rights for people of color and gay rights concerns equal treatment under the law, without discrimination. It is society's unfair treatment of them as inferior beings or second-class citizens that leads them to act in defiance of the current social order in an attempt to rectify what they saw as an injustice. This tension resulting from inequality, in my opinion, can be found in almost every aspect of social change and I believe it is at the heart of how change in a society occurs.
