The raising of Bangus will generally take approximately four (4) months in order to be viable in the sales market. Outside of the four-month rearing period, the fish tank must be cultivated with algae which will serve as natural food for the reared bangus. In this regard, several types of fertilizers are necessary to promote the growth of these algae.
